The 2021 event was held once again at The Great Hall in Sunriver!

Our goal way back in 2002 was to make this our "only" fundraiser for the year...

so far this decision has proved fruitful and continues to be successful each year.

Funds are raised by:

(1) Selling raffle tickets for $10.00 each or 5 for $45.00

 First Prize --- 24 bottles of Premium wines

Second Prize --- 12 bottles of Premium Wine

Third Prize --- 6 bottles of Premium Wine!

 

(2) Selling Community Event  Dinner Tickets for

 $87.50 per person -- $175.00 couple

"Sponsor-A-Table" for 10 or 8.

(3) Proceeds from the Annual Oral & Silent Auctions held at the dinner.

All auction items are obtained or donated by our members and

local businesses primarily from Central Oregon...

but many also come from outside our immediate area.

Members are divided up into teams. The winning team that sold the most tickets were served a wonderful SPECIAL breakfast, at a weekly meeting, by the losing team.
